Before using the solution, let your doctor know if you have any type of eye infection.
Remove your contact lenses before using the medication.
Stop using the medication if the solution has changed its color or has particles in it.
Avoid contact between the patanol dropper tip and any surface.
Do not freeze. Store at room temperature.
Eye pain or change in vision
Eye swelling, redness
Discomfort in the eyes
Crusting or drainage
Eye itching that goes worse or lasts longer than 72 hours.
Follow the directions as stated by your doctor or as mentioned on your label.
Wash your hands before using this eye care medication
Remove your contact lenses.
Tilt your head back and pull down your lower eyelid.
Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze a drop.
Close your eye for a minute or two.
Wait for at least 10 minutes before using any other eye drops that your doctor has prescribed.
