    A generic Solian 100mg tablet contains Amisulpride as its active ingredient. This medication is a second-generation antipsychotic drug that is used mainly for treating depressive symptoms. It is a dopamine receptor agonist, which means that it mimics the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain. The main purpose of this medication is to cure acute schizophrenia, but it is also shown to possess antidepressant properties. It can be used in people who have significant depression, dysthymia, and other mental illnesses.

    Sometimes, it is also used to reduce the feeling of nausea and vomiting in post-operative situations.
