Great news — things are back to normal!
Shipments have fully resumed from our main shipping country. Although we had briefly switched to another postal carrier during the global changes, both systems are now working hand-in-hand, and deliveries are happening smoothly again.

Current Delivery Window:
Packages are leaving on schedule, and you can expect them within 7 to 28 business days after dispatch. In many cases, they’re arriving even faster than that!

About the 15% U.S. Tariff:
Since the U.S. ended the de minimis rule, import duties now apply to all incoming parcels. Our origin country has been placed in the 50% tariff range, but we’re taking on the majority of that cost ourselves.

We’re only charging a shared 15% tariff on orders—and your 10% discount on new or repeat orders still applies. That means your real added cost stays around 5%.

This isn’t something we chose—it’s a U.S. Government requirement. Our priority is honesty and fairness, so we’ll continue to absorb most of the burden to keep prices stable for you.

Shipping & Tariff Update – October 7, 2025

Great News – Shipping Has Resumed!

Dear Customers,

We’re happy to let you know that our shipping services are back up and running! Although our main postal partner in the origin country is still not functioning due to recent U.S. customs changes, we have successfully onboarded a new international logistics provider to resume operations.

Shipping Status
We’ve started dispatching orders again. However, due to the temporary suspension and the resulting backlog, we are currently running about a week behind schedule. Shipments are now routed through an intermediary country before reaching the U.S., so the current estimated delivery window is 15 to 28 business days from dispatch.

Tariff & Duty Update – 15%
With the removal of the de minimis exemption, all international packages entering the U.S. are now subject to import duties. Our shipping origin has been placed in the 50% tariff category.

To minimize the impact on you, we’re absorbing a large portion of this cost and have implemented a reduced shared tariff fee of just 15% on your order value. Plus, our 10% discount on new and repeat orders is still active. This means your net additional cost is only around 5%, instead of the full tariff.

We want to emphasize that this fee is mandated by U.S. customs regulations — it is not a company-imposed charge. We are not profiting from this change in any way. Our focus remains on making this transition as smooth and affordable as possible for our customers.

Our fulfillment team is working around the clock to ship all pending orders and return to standard processing times.

Good News!
We are pleased to share that we have successfully partnered with a new postal carrier.

As you may know, following the removal of the De Minimis Exemption, postal services of more than 25 countries—including the one from which we ship—had been paused since 21st August. We sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging period.

With this new partnership in place, we are now preparing all pending orders placed during the pause. Shipments are expected to begin leaving our warehouse within the next 5–7 working days.

Please note: dispatches have not yet started, but preparations are well underway to ensure a smooth restart at the earliest. Orders placed during the paused period will be prioritized and shipped first. Thereafter, all new orders will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis.

Once dispatched, deliveries will continue as usual with an estimated timeframe of 7 to 28 working days.

Our team is committed to making this transition seamless and will keep you updated at every step.

Dear Valued Customers,

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government has removed the de minimis exemption, which allowed shipments under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free.

As of August 25th, 2025, the origin country’s postal service has paused all shipments to the USA in response to this change. This step has been taken as a last resort, since adequate mechanisms have not yet been established by U.S. Customs and USPS, and very little time was provided to implement a regulatory-compliant solution. The postal authority has assured us that restoring service remains their highest priority, and every effort is being made to resume operations as quickly as possible.

Until then:

1. Shipping Time

  1. Orders will not be processed or shipped until the origin country’s postal service resumes operations.

  2. Deliveries that were previously 7–28 working days may now take 30–40 working days. This applies even to orders already paid or shipped recently.

2. Customer Service

  1. Our Phone, Chat, and Email teams remain fully operational.

  2. However, during this period, support executives will have limited information about order status due to restricted shipping updates.

3. Refunds

  1. Our banks are currently overwhelmed with refund requests across businesses and have temporarily halted direct refunds.

  2. As a responsible company, if your order is not shipped within 21 working days, you can contact us if you do not wish to wait further, and we will issue a store credit refund (usable anytime in the future).
