I am 60 years old right now and started having episodes of near-fainting around 10 years back. My electro-cardio physiologist made me wear a monitor for 2 weeks and caught the problem. I was diagnosed with Supraventricular Tachycardia and so he prescribed me Toprol 25 mg twice a day and I never had another episode since then.

I have been on Toprol for over a year now and it has been very effective in controlling my BP. It is the best medicine for Hypertension, I have had no side effects from this drug.
