I live in Washington and here snowfall is worst. I always get my lips chipped, and hence, I always carry lip balms with me. I have a few but my favourite is Himalaya herbal lip balm. It is non-greasy and has a very smells really good.

I was looking for a lip balm that would bring shine to my lips without making it look greasy. This lip balm served the purpose rightfully, I have been using it regularly and it has also been very helpful in reviving the color of my dark lips.
