This levocetirizine (2.5mg) + Montelukast (4mg) Tab medication really helps control my allergies especially when my hay fever is in full swing or flared up. It stops the headache and sinus pressure within 10 -15 minutes of taking it, so it works really fast.

I have been taking this drug for a few years now for seasonal allergies. It has provided relief from runny nose and continuous sneezing. It works for me with no side effects.
