I was on the verge of getting the insulin. My glucose levels were above 350 most of the time when my doctor told me about a new drug, Xigduo. I tried it for a month and my glucose fasting was never above 110; after food, it was around 140-160. I was so happy and started taking it permanently. It's been quite some years and this medication still works for me.
