I was prescribed Glucotrol because my A1C was 8.5. This drug has been perfect for me. It has reduced A1C to 6.1. I go for regularly walk and avoid eating sugar.

I have been taking one pill of Glipizide 10mg daily for the last two years, and it helps keep my blood sugar level around 90 mg/dL. I have noticed excellent results with this medication, and I shall continue to take this drug for as long as my doctor asks me to.
