Spiriva works well for me. I have early-stage Emphysema, this medicine does not make me feel out of breath. Have not witnessed any side effects till date.

I was suffering from Bronchospasm and was prescribed Spiriva Handihaler for the treatment. The handihaler has been very effective and it helps me breath smoother and easier.
