It works so much better. It doesn't make you choke and there is no heart racing after using it.

I was previously using Perbuterol but that didn't seem to be helping me. There wasn't any improvement in my symptoms. But since I have started using the Rotacaps (Levalbuterol 100mcg, Ipratropium 40mcg), my Asthma is very much under control. It provides immediate relief and I haven't noticed any side effects from it.
