I was diagnosed with an anaplastic astrocytoma about 15 months ago. After 6 radiation therapy, I was put on Temodar. So far I would say this medication is working very well. My last few MRIs have been clear.

I was recently diagnosed with a tumour in my brain, which was cancerous. I was put on Temozolomide by the doctor, and I have been on it for eight months. The medication has prevented the spread of cancer cells to the body. It has also minimised the size of the tumour, without causing any significant side effects. I shall continue with this medication until the doctor wants me to. I hope the cancer cells are entirely eradicated.
