I shifted from 30mg Paroxetine to the 12.5mg CR version, and I'm glad I did. It's like a candy that instantly and drastically improves my mood. I don't feel the pangs of anxiety and depression anymore.

12.5 mg for 2 months and it really makes a difference. I was tired at first but seems I've settled in just fine.
