I didn't expect this drug ciprofloxacin to work for my UTI but it did. My symptoms went away within 2 days of taking Cipro. My rating is based on effectiveness and plus the side effects were almost non-existent for me.

I was sick for a week and was given Bactrim but since that did not work for me, my doctor put me on Cipro. It has been very helpful to me. I feel like a new person now.
