I took Memantine HCl 5mg tablet for 6 months and there was an improvement in my condition. My doctor then increased the strength to Memantine HCl 10mg tablet for the last 3 months. This medicine is more effective than the strength prescribed earlier, I can see significant improvement in my condition now and am very satisfied with the results.
